Sales Tax Charges Begin Rolling Out for United States Deliveries

As announced in the Spring 2020 issue of The Hook, starting October 1, 2020, Onboard Systems will begin rolling out sales tax charges for deliveries to the following states in the US:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Mississippi
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Pennsylvania
  • Tennessee

As we continue to update our accounting software to accommodate this change, we will continue the roll-out to include all of the states in the table below. Since sales tax is based on the delivery address of an order, if you do not ship to any of the states listed in the table, no action is needed.
