If your company requires a printed quote to make purchases, you're going to love our new online quote system, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We've added a "Send me a Quote" button on every product page next to the "Add to Cart" button so you can add parts, kits, and services to a separate "quote cart." Once you've added all the items you want to include in the quote cart, you can enter the email address(es) and/or fax number(s) that you want to send the quote to and our system will issue the quote within minutes.
To make things as fast and easy as possible, we do not require you to create an account or provide any information beyond where to send the quote, unless you want to get a shipping estimate. If you'd like to add shipping costs to your quote, our system will ask you to set up an account to provide us with the shipping address. You can then compare shipping rates among a variety of popular carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx, with or without additional insurance. If you've already set up a website account for other services, such as Document Updates or online shopping, you can access the information already in your secure online account to build your quote.
If you'd like us to check our inventory and get back to you with a lead time for the items in your quote, please use the "Enter your PO/Reference number or special shipping instructions here" box to enter your request. Our sales team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
As with the quotes you receive from us after contacting our sales staff directly by phone or email, all online quotes are good for ninety (90) days.
