Holiday Closures Ahead

As 2025 winds down, we would like to advise our customers about upcoming holiday closures. While our office and factory may be closed, you can continue to access documentation, STC certifications, and parts information from our website. You can also send us e-mails, faxes, and leave voice messages, but we will not be able to respond to your queries until our office reopens.

Please note that any orders placed through our online shopping system will not be processed until we reopen.

November

Onboard Systems will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. Please note that any orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, November 26th may not be able to ship out until Monday, December 2nd.

December & January

Onboard Systems will be closed for a year-end shutdown starting Thursday, December 25th and running through Wednesday, January 1st. Any orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, December 19th may not be able to ship out until Monday, January 4th.  Please note that while our office will be open on Monday, December 22nd through Wednesday, December 24th to handle technical support, billing, and other questions, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship products out on this dates.

We will reopen on Friday, January 2nd.
