Holiday Closures Ahead

As 2018 winds down, we would like to advise our customers about upcoming holiday closures. While our office and factory may be closed, you can continue to access documentation, STC certifications, and parts information from our website. You can also send us e-mails, faxes, and leave voice messages, but we will not be able to respond to your queries until our offices reopen.

Please note that any orders placed through our online shopping system will not be processed until we reopen.

November

Onboard Systems will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday and Friday, November 22nd and 23rd. Please note that any orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, November 21st may not be able to ship out until Monday, November 26th.

December & January

Onboard Systems will be closed for a year-end shutdown starting Tuesday, December 25th and running through Tuesday, January 1st. Any orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, December 21st may not be able to ship out until Wednesday, January 3rd.  Please note that while our office will be open on Monday, December 24th to handle technical support, billing, and other questions, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship products out on that date.

We will reopen on Wednesday, January 2nd.
