In response to customer requests, Onboard Systems will be moving its product documentation to a 3-ring binder format in early 2009. The new format will allow customers to quickly and easily replace outdated owner manuals, service manuals, and Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness (ICA) manuals for the Onboard Systems products.

"We did a survey of customer preferences regarding documentation formats last year, and the overwhelming preference was for binders," explained Karsten Lemmon, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "The new format will make it easier for our customers to keep their documentation up-to-date and organized."

The new documentation binders will begin shipping in January 2009 with new products. For customers who wish to order a binder for their existing Onboard Systems cargo hook, between now and February 27, 2009 we will send you a free binder if you pay the postage. The binder and shipping box weighs 1 LB, and you can use either your UPS, FedEx or DHL account, or pay for regular postage with your VISA or Mastercard.
